We hope you love your Love of Ivy pieces. If you need to make a return, we accept full-price items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.To request a return, please contact us at customercare@loveofivy.com with your order number and reason for return.
