SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that any local import duties, taxes, or fees applied by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be settled in order for your parcel to be released from customs.

As a valued customer, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you need guidance on applicable duties or fees.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE

If you have received your item and wish to request a refund, please note that import duties, taxes, or fees paid to your local customs authority may, in some cases, be non-refundable. For further guidance, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office directly for clarification.

We truly hope you love your Love of Ivy pieces. However, if you need to make a return, please review our policy and the instructions below to request your return.

To initiate a refund, please contact our team at customercare@loveofivy.com, quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why the item was unsuitable.

Full-Price Items

Items purchased at full price or on pre-order are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that orders placed using a discount code during a promotional period are not eligible for a refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are subject to a strict no returns or exchanges policy, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Please note that some countries may have consumer protection laws that override this policy. We will always comply with applicable local regulations.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Items must be free of any marks or stains, including makeup, deodorant, or perfume. Unfortunately, items returned with visible marks cannot be accepted.
  • Items must not have been used in photoshoots, social media posts, or for commercial or personal promotion.
  • All original packaging, including garment bags, must be returned.
  • E-boutique credits are non-refundable and will remain valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Shipping and Return Costs

Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your tracking number, as Love of Ivy cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return a full-price item (see sale terms above). All items must be returned in an unworn, as-new condition, including any promotional items received with your order.

If a garment does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a partial deduction to the refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.

FAULTY

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@loveofivy.com. Our team will assist you promptly and arrange the return shipping for you.
