1. General

You must also comply with all additional policies available on the Website (“Policies”), which form part of these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Policies, these Terms will prevail.

(b) By using the Website and/or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Policies (collectively, the “Agreement”). Ignorance of the Agreement does not affect its enforceability.

(c) We reserve the right to amend the Products, Terms, and/or Policies at any time without notice. Continued use of the Website or purchasing of Products constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders

Placing an order (“Order”) constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products. Your Order is not accepted until:

(a) we receive full payment;

(b) we confirm the Product’s availability; and

(c) we send you an order confirmation or receipt (which may take up to five business days during peak periods).

3. Pricing and Payment

(a) You agree to pay the prices displayed on the Website for the Products, along with applicable shipping fees and any import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by destination countries.

(b) All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless stated otherwise.

(c) We reserve the right to update prices without notice.

(d) Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay, processed securely through Shopify Payments or other third-party providers. Third-party processing fees may apply.

4. Shipping and Delivery

(a) Orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express to the address provided. Deliveries require a signature unless you authorise otherwise. Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery.

(b) Dispatch times may vary due to availability or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for postal delays.

(c) If you have not received your Order, please notify us immediately.

(d) If loss is due to the courier, we will replace the Order. However, if loss is due to incorrect details or your actions, we are not obliged to replace it.

(e) Multiple items in an Order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

(f) For international Orders: import duties and taxes apply. If delivery is refused, shipping charges (including return costs) will be deducted from your refund. For orders with free shipping, a $35 return fee will apply.

5. Returns and Exchanges

(b) We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

(c) Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

(d) Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.

(e) Misuse of our returns policy (e.g., repeated returns of worn items) may result in refusal or restricted access to future purchases.

(f) Refunds will only be processed once we confirm compliance with our policy.

6. Cancellations

(a) We reserve the right to cancel any Order before ownership transfers to you and will refund any payments within 14 days.

(b) If you wish to cancel an Order, please contact us immediately. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

7. Promotional Codes

(a) Promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) may be offered from time to time, subject to conditions set by us.

(b) Our first-time customer code cannot be used on sale items or combined with other discounts.

(c) Only one Promo Code can be used per Order.

(d) Misuse of a Promo Code (including unauthorised sharing) may result in cancellation of the promotion.

(e) We are not liable for any issues arising from the use or failure of Promo Codes.

8. Gift Vouchers

(a) Gift vouchers (“Gift Cards”) may be purchased at set values for use on our Website.

(b) Gift Cards expire six (6) months after purchase unless otherwise stated.

(c) Gift Cards can only be redeemed for Products and do not cover shipping fees.

(d) If your order exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid. If the order total is less, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card.

(e) Gift Cards cannot be used with promotional codes.

9. Pre-Orders

(a) Certain Products may be available for pre-order.

(b) By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

(i) full payment is required at checkout;

(ii) delivery will occur at a later date; and

(iii) cancellations follow the same policy as standard Orders.
