If your order includes a pre-order item, all items in that order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. To receive in-stock pieces sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
