Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria. During peak periods such as collection launches, sales and promotions, there may be a slight shipping delay with your order.

Please note that if your order includes a pre-order item, all items within that order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

At times, unforeseen delays may occur with pre-order arrivals due to factors such as customs clearance, carrier hold-ups, or factory dispatch delays.
